Returns/ Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this time on shoes, art work or pillows. Overnight bags and large/small totes have a 30 day return window. Please email onelastpiece360@gmail.com to start the return process.  If your item is accepted, return instructions will be provide. Your original shipping cost is nonrefundable and any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Your original shipping cost is nonrefundable and any return shipping the responsibility of the customer
